Sarah discussed how intense it's been but also how incredibly productive they've been during lockdown. With clients ranging from different sectors, there have understandably been different challenges from those lying in FMCG to those clients based in travel.
Adding value to brands has been an incredibly important part of the work they've been doing. With BT and EE as clients, they've been making sure people stay connected - BT made sure that everyone knew how to access the tech they needed to, and EE ensured the NHS had access to free data. Kevin Bacon was used to deliver EE's messaging and from brief to TV, this happened in a week. Sarah explains how they produced the ad with Kevin in LA.
The difficulties for the charity sector is touched upon with Marie Curie being a client; and Sarah further talks to Suki about how they're making sure their people are staying connected - honesty and transparency being two important elements.
