In a year when governments and leaders often left people divided and feeling let down, men and women from across society e.g. supermarket workers, farmers, bank clerks and those working in food delivery, became everyday heroes. In today’s world, retailers have the opportunity to serve people, inspire a nation and make society whole again.

Suki Thompson was joined by Rebecca Rose, Head of Marketing, Domino’s and Sid McGrath, Chief Strategy Officer, Wunderman Thompson; where they discussed the role retailers have played in the pandemic, the strategies they’ve used, and what the rest of the industry can learn.
