As a production company and with public sector/government clients, the agency has been defined as a critical supplier so are still open, but they have still had to make changes and furlough staff, to protect the business in the long term. The senior team have taken 20% pay cuts and as CEO, Patrick himself has taken a 50% pay cut.

Some clients are still operating and the marketing theory 'right offer to the right person at the right time' holds true, so the offers and messaging needs to adapt.
