Tom talks about looking forward to this year’s Christmas holidays and feeling positively optimistic as to where the agency find themselves at the end of a tough year for everyone.
M&C Saatchi were already rebuilding when the pandemic happened - things back in March looked scary however it's managed to turn into an incredibly positive year with the team picking up new clients and momentum really picking up. There’s been new initiatives and experiences within the agency that has helped to really enhance the culture. Looking back on the year they'll be pleased with what they’ve achieved!
Partnerships with their clients has enabled them to create great work. Tom discusses that although the pandemic as created pressures and challenges, it’s re-established the bond between client and agency – with clients appreciating the value agencies bring with problem solving capabilities in what have been difficult times.
