Suki and Robin discuss how the agency is responding, and also how to respond to customer needs in this new reality, mapping customer journeys, understanding how to speak to them, and working out what the plan B is - as well as plan C and D.
They also talk about the agency culture. Forever Beta is about to be 10 years old, but the culture is ingrained within all the team, to become 'self-governing' and perpetuating itself through everyone's actions. The agency has been using Google Cloud since 2012 so continuity has been relatively easy for them.
Robin also reveals how one thing that's been surprising and positive is that agencies are talking to each other more - sharing strategies and best practice to support each other.
