As a news brand, the team were looking forward to a post-election, post-Brexit break so the pandemic has been another huge wave of change. Ways of reporting have changed as has production. Some customers want continued delivery - from fast turnaround documentary content, to increased demand from education brands and businesses, and there are also brands and customers that need to completely rethink what they do and how they work. They've also seen a trend for increased collaboration between creative, production and client.
