As an agency, working from home has always been an option and their staff have adapted remarkably well, and they're not in a rush to get back to the office. Pitching has not been as difficult as they were first expecting and has if anything been a real leveller, taking away some imbalances between agencies and helping focus the teams.
Rania also talks about how some of their clients' categories are flying, and how even with this, they still need to invest for the long term and they've been having productive discussions with clients about how to pivot production and messaging
