Mini Squawk: Neil Henderson, CEO, St Luke's

A lot has changed for the agency since we last caught up with them back in July 2020 so we couldn't wait to catch up with Neil.

It's been ten months since Suki last caught up with St Luke's CEO Neil Henderson in a Mini Squawk, so we couldn't wait to hear the latest and what the agency have been up to.

They've moved offices from King's Cross to Covent Garden and Neil gives us a glimpse into their new surroundings which include some impressive artwork carried out by Lee Baker. The florals are representative of a post COVID rebirth, life flourishing and it's of course, a perfect homage to the old Covent Garden flower market.

Neil discusses how they're approaching a new flexible working and ensuring they strike the right balance between being in the office and working from home/elsewhere. He further touches upon working with clients including the Daily Mail, Gu, Which? and Ocado - to mention but a few as in the last year, St Luke's have won 10 pitches.

Neil talks about seeing how much clients are up for change and willing to fast track innovations. With consumers reassessing their lives due to COVID, they're also looking at which brands they do and don't use. Brands are able to take advantage of such opportunities when carried out in the right way. This is another reason St Luke's understand the importance of all team members truly understanding strategy.
