Mini Squawk: Natalie Graeme, Co-Founder, Uncommon
Suki and Natalie discuss agency flexibility and mental health, and helping clients like ITV and Brewdog adapt.
Natalie and Suki discuss how the relatively new agency has been managing, and what comes next - almost like being in startup mode again with everyone pulling together, and whilst people are on furlough, working hard to maintain the culture.
They are, in particular over-indexing on looking after people's mental health. They're working on getting the ITV 'Britain Get Talking' campaign live, which is on this subject - they've done 250 films in total, to help the channel, as a national broadcaster, support the nation.
Whilst production has been completely upended, they are trying to be as useful as possible to their clients' businesses, ripped up the scope of work, and looked at what they can do to just help make their brands famous.
Creating new formats starts with understanding the limits and parameters, and then being creative within that space.
