In the short terms it's been brutal for the agency - a lot of what they do is digital transformation, and the kind of big CapEx project that clients will pause, coupled with their three of their biggest clients are in hardest hit sectors.

However, it's proving that in the long term the work they deliver for clients is the kind of work that will be needed, necessary and even more imporant going forwards and they are starting to see green shoots.

They are investing hours in their clients which is paying dividends in strengthening partnerships and laying the groundwork to enable their clients to accelerate their digital transformations.
