Suki caught up with Katie Buckett, the co-founder of our newest Club member, OneFifty Consultancy, to hear how the agency have been getting on in the last year since Covid hit. We hear how the name came about and the science behind it; as well as the agency's focus on data and behaviours. Rather than marketing assumptions, they look to data for how people act and how to tap into it.
In the last year they've produced some of the best work they've ever done and have picked up new clients along the way. We hear about the their work with British Business Bank, the bank that helped with business Covid loans, and also clients such as Mazda and the social media strategy in place for them.
Green Cola is another client they've been able to grow and help go up against much bigger well-known brand competitors - they now outrank them on Amazon. And Toby Carvery and SAGE are two more examples of who they work with - Katie discusses the organic reach Toby Carvery achieved through TikTok with an impressive 1.2 million views.
Looking after OneFifty's employees is incredibly important - they introduced an open forum every Friday for employees which allowed them to ask them anything, and Katie further discusses the 9-5 routine now feeling pretty outdated in this world we now find ourselves in. It's not a work life balance, bur rather a work life blend.
