Mini-Squawk: Jamie Williams, Managing Partner, isobel

Suki chats to the independent agency boss about how they've been working with their clients

Jamie talks to Suki about how they've worked with clients who've kept going such as Maoam for Haribo, pivoting and increasing work for brands like online pharmacy Healthspan and others who've paused such as Caffe Nero who had to close their doors and only now starting to reopen.

The agency hasn't furloughed anyone, and as an independent, keeping the agency culture going has been really important for them.  Before lockdown, agencies talking about culture could sometimes feel cliched, but the lockdown has demonstrated both how important it is but also how strong it is at isobel.

They also discuss the challenge of cross pollination not just of ideas but also learning, when the informal of process of learning from colleagues is no longer there, to ensure staff WFH are getting exposed to others within the business, and not just functioning in their roles.
