Jamie and Suki caught up about a whole host of subjects including diversity and inclusion. The work The Gate has done recently exploring more taboo topics is discussed with Jamie explaining the need to bring a subject out of the shadows and into the spotlight in a tasteful and celebratory way.

The campaign ‘Sex Never Gets Old’ for Replens, a vaginal moisturiser, sees the discussion focus on ageism within advertising. The agency won TFL's diversity in advertising competition which saw 500k in advertising received for Replens.

Jamie talks about the success of the ‘Nobody is Normal’ campaign for Childline which should have launched back in February 2020 but because of lockdown it didn’t happen – it was somewhat serendipitous as it launched in November 2020 with the lockdowns having had a great effect on young people’s mental health.

As part of MSQ Partners, Jamie further talks about returning to work. He reflects on an inevitable change within the office environment and how WFH has forced leaders to trust employees even more - with empowerment being key to getting the best out of people.
