As a business led by behavioural insight, the agency has been particularly mindful of how the pandemic has affected their staff. Some are fearful of a return to the office, others can't wait but restrictions mean that they can't accomodate everyone in the space.
Clients have been reinvesting budgets and reconsidering channels such as TV, but the move to digital has amplified and accelerated a trend that was there already.
