Gabby discusses the merger that's taken place during lockdown between Proximity and Rapp - creating two strong agencies into one power house.
Initially they weren't sure whether the merger would happen due to lockdown or end up being postponed, but a couple of weeks in to it, they saw how well everyone was working and thought it was as better time as any to press the green button.
With nearly 500 people in the company now, Gabby touches upon merging two working cultures together and how well it's gone - they've plugged them together successfully and have a whole host of activities for their employees to enjoy. Regular communication and contact has helped immensely and it feels as though they've always worked together.
Over lockdown they've seen their highest ever client satisfaction score and feedback from clients about the merger has been incredibly positive and supportive.
