Mini-Squawk: David Miller, CEO and owner, Red Brick Road

Suki and David discuss how the independent agency and their clients are finding life in lockdown.

David talks to Suki about how the agency is involved in much broader conversations with their clients to help address challenges such as supply chain issues, and managing customer expectations. The right mindset makes these thrilling challenges - it's a bit of a rollercoaster!

An example has been their client British Summer Fruits - it doesn't feel appropriate to run a campaign to celebrate strawberries but instead they've been focussed on the supply chain, which has been an issue, and they've launched the Pick for Britain campaign to encourage people to work on farms.

There's an enhanced sense of community and one of the things they've also been doing is tracking how vulnerable people are feeling, and also attitudes to vulnerable people and how those attitudes are shifting week on week.
