Suki and Daniel discuss how the 'noisy' agency has pivoted during the pandemic
ThinkJam works with lots of entertainment brands, many of which have had a very tough time in the pandemic, which has had a knock-on effect for the agency. They've shifted their focussed on streaming - for example, the launch of the latest Trolls film was planned for a cinema launch, and they pivoted within a week for a streamed launch.
As a business they are digital first - but it's still been work to create new strategies for their clients. They have now gone fully remote as a business.
They've also developed tech solutions for their clients - lots of versioning which they now do at speed via their AI solution, called ReMake, which has been a focus for them to demo to clients.
