The agency have been coping by looking at mindsets. As a small agency they can be nimble, agile and closer to clients. They started self-isolating early, so were ahead of the curve and be ready to help their clients.
They've also been looking at the data and see that certain demographics have been disproportionately hit by the epidemic, specifically BAME communities, both as NHS staff and patients. They've been looking at why, and what this means for the future.
They've created an initiative they've called 'Nice-olation' to find positive stories from around the world that's been coming out of the situation.
Looking to the future, they are doubling down the focus on their core diversity proposition and where that adds value to clients.
