They've been incredibly busy since the second month of lockdown with a lot of work in production including a new campaign for Webuyanycar which of course features Phillip Schofield - Matt touches upon what a great guy he is to work with.
They won Yakult at the beginning of the year and Matt discusses the new working relationship in these virtual times as well as his own leadership style.
