Grace Blue are a global executive search firm that specialise in leadership roles within advertising, media and marketing. Back in March when Covid-19 hit, understandably, job briefs started slowing down so they decided to see how they could help and give back to the industry. 

They launched TRANSITION which is a free, online hub that connects displaced talent and here in this chat with Suki, Grace Blue's CEO, Ian Priest, talks more about how it came about and how best to get the most out of it.
