Halfords, a leading cycle, auto and outdoors retailer, needed to transform from an offline business pushing products and deals to an omnichannel experience built around the customer. We needed to create a digital revolution, linking through online and mobile innovations to the customer in-store. Our vision included a seamless site-to-store experience, with in-store engagement bolstered through live interactive fittings, responsive product displays, real-time ordering and live digital FAQs.
