Tom Pepper, Senior Director - Head of Marketing Solutions UK, Ireland & Israel, LinkedIn
Tom Pepper joined LinkedIn in 2015 and is now Senior Director, Head of Marketing Solutions for LinkedIn UK, Ireland & Israel. Tom is responsible for helping B2B marketers across multiple verticals to identify, target and engage the world’s professionals through the LinkedIn platform.
Before joining LinkedIn, Tom was Managing Director of Vibrant Media – a native advertising platform.
He has two young children and became passionate about striking a better work/life balance after taking six weeks paternity leave after the birth of his second child.
Adrian Walcott, Managing Director, Brands with Values; Co-Founder, BAME2020
Adrian is the Managing Director of Brands with Values whose patent pending diagnostic tool Culture Decoder, not only shows the downside risks but also the means of resetting Culture, typically post-merger & acquisition, business rationalisations, scale -ups, digital transformation and Diversity & Inclusion.
Adrian is also a brand Marketeer with over twenty years’ experience, including Senior Leadership Roles at Eurostar & Barclays and Unilever & Nestle at Ogilvy Advertising. His specialism is in building brands from the inside out.
He is also a Co-founder of multi award winning social enterprise BAME2020, a Liveryman at the Haberdashers Company and an emerging author and keynote speaker on brand, People and Culture.
Claire Cronin, CMO, Virgin Atlantic
Claire started her career at Barclays Bank and NetJets, before joining Virgin Atlantic in 2014 to lead Marketing & Customer Experience for the Virgin Holidays brand. In 2017, she was promoted to CMO across both the holiday company and airline.
Claire is passionate about building the brand from the inside out. Virgin’s entrepreneurial roots are embedded in the company culture and enshrined in the purpose and values which all employees are hired against. Virgin Atlantic’s vision is to become the most loved travel company – and Claire believes that the loving feeling starts with how we treat our own employees.
Anna Hill, SVP and General Manager, WW (formerly Weight Watchers)
Anna joined WW in August 2019 as Senior Vice President of the UK. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the UK business and will be leading the UK’s most exciting and experienced brand in health and wellbeing. Spearheading the brand update and looking to drive growth with all audiences who are looking for support and encouragement in their journey for overall wellness.
Anna joined WW after 19 years with The Walt Disney Company where she was VP and CMO of the UK, Ireland and Nordics business, as well as Head of Franchise Management and GM of Disney Media Sales and Brand partnerships.
Anna graduated from De Montfort University, with a degree in Marketing. She lives in Berkshire with her husband and two children.
