At the next Oystercatchers Club on 26th March we'll be discussing Risk and Reward.
If, as Peter Drucker famously stated "all profit is derived from risk" how do we frame risk as a positive? How do agencies demonstrably reduce risk for their clients? Is there such a thing as a safe risk, and when does playing it safe become a risk in itself?
We'll explore :
- What is the first decision in taking the first risk?
- How do you create a work culture where it’s safe to take risks?
- Strategies for successful risk marketing
- Who is the risk-owner? Client or agency?
We'll be at our new home, The Ham Yard Hotel, at 6.30pm on Tuesday 26th March
The evening will run as follows:
