The first of our 2016 Club evenings where we proudly hosted one of today’s most important conversations for our industry: diversity.

The evening brought together well-known UK business leaders, agency chiefs, and journalists, as well as major influencers the Ideas Foundation, Women in Marketing, Pride:AM, Chartered Institute of Marketing, NABS and the IPA. With over 200 people, it was standing-room only, with truly interactive conversation between audience and panel.

We had a remarkable line-up of panellists: Michael Brunt, CMO & Managing Director, The Economist; Paul Geddes, CEO Direct Line Group; Karen Blackett, Chairwoman MediaCom, and Catherine Mayer, a founder of The Women’s Equality Party, who openly shared personal and professional challenges they’ve faced, from gender to racial discrimination, and steps they’re taking to create a culture where, as Paul Geddes beautifully summed up: “you bring all of yourself to work”.
