The year we became more than just a remarkable turnaround story – a confident, mature agency firing on all cylinders and using our position of influence as a progressive force for good. Xavier Rees and Vicki Maguire were Campaign's Agency Head and Creative Person of the Year respectively, with Rees winning Oystercatchers' Outstanding Contribution award; Maguire was a Cannes Jury president. We won Asda, were named a “Best Place to Work”, recertified as a B Corporation, and joined the Better Business Act Coalition. The Black Plaque Project became our most-awarded campaign ever, winning our first Gold Lion in almost a decade.
