PromoVeritas - Amazon Deep Racer Competition
Amazon wanted to promote coding as a career and decided to use a promotion to do just that. The mechanic was an online and live event car racing challenge. All that entrants needed to do was programme their car to race around a virtual/real track in the fastest time.
We handled all the legal elements, including the Terms & Conditions for 18 countries, in 14 languages, in addition to multiple registrations in various markets.

We then oversaw the competition itself, validating the winning times and handling winner communications in their chosen language, delivering prizes to 250 runners-ups.

Lastly, we organised a trip to the Grand final in Las Vegas for the 47 main winners and their guests, VIP style.
