Kerris Bright, Chief Customer Officer, BBC.

Sitting on the BBC Executive Committee, Kerris is responsible for developing a closer, more personal relationship with BBC consumers, licence fee payers and signed-in members. She joined the BBC in June 2018, having previously been Chief Marketing Officer at Virgin Media, and holding senior positions at BA, ICI and Unilever. She is a highly experienced leader, bringing a customer-centred, data driven approach to setting marketing strategy and executing with creative flair. She holds a PhD in molecular neuroscience from the University of Sussex.


Benny Higgins, Strategic Advisor to the Scottish Government and former CEO of RBS and Tesco Bank

Benny was previously CEO of RBS, and then led the successful launch and growth of Tesco Bank. He has recently been appointed as Strategic Advisor to Nicola Sturgeon to build an investment bank for Scotland. He is Chairman for the National Galleries of Scotland is also Chairman of Sistema Scotland which helps children in deprived areas through music. If you read the Sunday Times recently, you’ll have seen Benny in the business section.  He is a huge poetry fan and is never anywhere without a book under his arm.

Chaka Sobhani, Chief Creative Officer, Leo Burnett

Chaka Sobhani is Chief Creative Officer of Leo Burnett London.

With 20 years of experience as an award winning director, writer and creative director, she has worked for the biggest broadcasters, brands and agencies worldwide.

She hasn’t had a conventional advertising career, having spent over 10 years as a film maker and in television. Chaka was recruited by ITV to set up and ECD their first in-house creative agency, production company and design studio.  During this time, the network regained the no.1 position in the UK, created its most successful global formats and content in the X Factor and Downton Abbey, and won the prestigious Channel of the Year for the first time in their history, as well as numerous BAFTA’s and the Rose D’Or.

Chaka then spent a number of years at leading independent agency Mother, running a number of accounts and building their content ability, before joining Leo Burnett.

She has worked on countless brands including McDonalds, Boots, Coca Cola, Kellogg, Co-op, Sky, NSPCC, Stella Artois, Agent Provocateur and Adidas. Highly awarded amongst all the major honours, Chaka has overseen Leo Burnett London be named Agency of the Year 2016 by Epica and Direct Agency of the Year 2016 by Campaign, as well be part of the most awarded network in the world (according to AdAges 2015 Awards Report)


Greg Levine, Sales and Distribution Director, Vitality

Greg Levine was born and educated in South Africa but now lives in London with his family. He spent over twenty years in the motor industry working in various countries developing, selling and marketing cars. This included time at Nissan, Fiat and Audi where Greg was Managing Director of Audi South Africa and Operations Director of Audi UK. Greg then was part of the core team that developed McLaren Automotive. He served on the Executive board and held the responsibility of Global Sales, Commercial and Marketing director.

Greg’s creative spirit then attracted him to the Discovery organisation which are the world’s largest behavioural based insurance company and was recognised by Fortune Magazine as one of the 50 companies that are most changing the world. Greg joined during the re-launch of the business as Vitality in the UK and now serves on the Executive team as Sales and Distribution Director.

Greg has been involved in a number of entrepreneurial ventures including San Francisco based “Carlypso” which is an online trading business recently acquired by Carvana. He also served on the board of WEJO which is a leading connected car, data driven business.

Greg has driven numerous charity initiatives including being Chairman of the Development Board at the Roundhouse in Camden, Principle Fundraiser for the Meadowlands Sports Trust and a key supporter of the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund.

 Greg is passionate about sport and is currently a Director of Lincoln City Football Club
