VERB has been working with Boodles for the past few years to support their social media marketing. VERB work on the content creation, channel management, community management, and always on reporting and consultancy. We also run paid campaigns for the Hero moments as well as work with influencers on a campaign led basis too.

01. THE SOLUTION

We began with a deep-dive analysis to develop a strategy; we analysed the different  channels, the past performance, competitors, the audience and industry landscape and combined our industry expertise to achieve  Boodles specific KPIs and benchmarks. We developed a content strategy based on this insight and then put the findings into action. Through ongoing analysis and consultancy we have worked with the Boodles team to point to where the opportunities lie. From this we have worked with Boodles to help shoot a new bank of brand lifestyle imagery to push the channels forward, began working with their LinkedIn channel and brought influencer campaigns to fruition.

Boodles Instagram average engagement rate has increased by 37% which remains consistently higher. In 2019 we saw a channel growth rate of 18.5%, which is on-parr if not slightly higher than its tracked competitors
