Case Study: VERB Brands and Peora Jewellery
VERB designed the new Peora site with a key focus on the user journeys across desktop and mobile.
Peora came to VERB looking for full-service support with the launch of its new website. Peora wanted to enhance the UX (user experience), CRO (conversion rate optimisation), the creativity of the site whilst also bettering the SEO (search engine optimisation). They were looking for a clear strategy for growing the revenue for the business. Peora also wanted to launch a personalised service via their new website – something the previous site was unable to support.
VERB designed the new site focusing on UX. We installed user tracking software, Hotjar to understand the existing current user journey. We also used Google Analytics data to build new and optimised user journeys that would appeal to Peora’s target audience. We opted for a clean, modern and minimalist design, introducing features and functionality to ease user experience, such as category filtering to ensure users could streamline the product range to their needs. As always, we designed both a desktop and mobile site.
3 months after launch we saw some fantastic results 2019 – 20 YoY including +120% in online revenue, specifically 229% increase on mobile and, 50% increase in online conversion rate.
