Last year, we collaborated with The University of Greenwich to devise and launch a training scheme aimed at Year 12 females, and those identifying as female.

We have since celebrated the graduation of six young women who successfully completed our 10-month creative training scheme. Each mentee was paired with a female creative mentor from the agency to undertake a series of creative projects throughout the year.

The Carbon Academy was developed in order to address how we are looking to increase the number of women within the creative industry, and to create more pathways into this sector for girls from all backgrounds.
