Steve Parish, Chairman, Crystal Palace Football Club

In 1998, Steve acquired an advertising company called Tag Worldwide. He turned it from a small London based company with 50 staff and a turnover of under £4m into the world’s leading advertising production company.

At the same time, he invented the concept of centralised production, adaptation and developing an online system to manage global ad delivery. Tag boasted a client base of some of the world’s biggest brands including Unilever, Intel, HP, Reebok and H&M to name but a few. Tag Worldwide had 3000 full and part time employees operating across all media types with 13 offices around the world and revenues in excess of £180m. Steve exited the business selling in 2011 to Deutsche Post DHL for around £150m.

In 2010, Steve acquired the football Club he has supported since childhood, Crystal Palace FC. Steve has acted as Executive Chairman for the past 8 years successfully bringing the Club out of administration and into the Championship play offs, subsequently going on to win the play off final in May 2013. The Club has since gone on to win runners-up honors in the 2016 FA Cup Final as well as retain their Premier League status for the fifth consecutive year, a record in the Club’s 113 year history.

 As a serial entrepreneur and investor Steve also maintains a broad investment portfolio whilst running Crystal Palace FC. Steve’s other business ventures include Pure Gyms, Bird restaurant chain, Seenit, Collider, Seedrs and TalentSpa Recruitment. Alongside all of this, he also manages a growing property portfolio, advises companies and acts as a mentor to young entrepreneurs.

Steve’s philanthropic endeavors include active support of the Crystal Palace for Life Foundation as well as charities Nordoff Robbins and Cure Leukemia. 

Arjoon Bose, Head Of Marketing (Europe), New Ventures/Natural&Organic at General Mills

Arjoon is a global marketer with 14 years of experience covering consumer goods across personal care products and food with a passion for establishing and building brands and creating stakeholder viability and profitable growth. He has worked across the three  biggest consumer brands of the L'Oreal Group (Garnier, Maybelline New York and L'Oreal Paris) based across Asia, North America and UK markets with a major global marketing stints at the headquarters in Paris, before taking his passion for indulgence up a notch with a move to General Mills to lead marketing on the iconic ice cream brand Haagen-Dazs in 2015. In 2016, he also added the 'better-for-you snacks' portfolio to his belt including Nature Valley, the world #1 snackbar helping double revenue and household penetration In 2019, he moved into his new role Europe Marketing Head-New Ventures with a key focus on incubation and developing new business and marketing models for the natural and organic business starting with the launch of cult US vegan brand Larabar. Influencers are a key part of Arjoon’s marketing strategy and they work with a ‘squad’ of key influencers.

Natalie Glaze,  Entrepreneur, Founder of Stay Wild Swim,content creator and social media influencer

Natalie is an entrepreneur and Founder of Stay Wild Swim, a London based premium swimwear brand made using regenerated ocean plastic. Stay Wild Swim combines luxury pieces with ethics, sustainable practises, empowering women and creativity. Designed to flatter all women, the pieces have a purpose with every element considering people and the planet. Stay Wild is the swimwear brand of Selfridges Bright New Things of 2019 and recently named in the Evening Standard as “one of the top stylish sustainable brands to have on your radar”.

As well as running Stay Wild, Natalie is also a content creator, brand consultant and founder of the Book Swap Club recently hosted in collaboration with Facebook. She has a lot of love for the planet, ocean, coffee and a good book.

Natalie was recently featured in Vogue as one of the top eco influencers to follow on Instagram. 

She is one of the squad of influencers Arjoon works with at General Mills.

Richard Morris, UK CEO and EMEA President, Initiative Media

Richard is UK CEO and EMEA President of Initiative, committed to helping their clients’ brands take the initiative in culture. Previously, Richard has led global client relationships for DIAGEO and Burberry, and been Managing Director and Head of Planning for 2 major UK Media agencies.

Richard was named a Campaign Top 10 Planner for five consecutive years and a Top 10 Media Agency CEO in 2018. He is driven by client success and agency growth through strategy and innovation and is passionate about media’s ability to transform clients’ businesses.
