We're asking our fight Club participants to make a stand for what they believe in, and we believe in putting our money where our mouth is so Oystercatchers will be taking the stage to debate whether pitch intermediaries are a positive force within the industry, or something the world should do without.

Luke Smith, CEO & Co-founder, Croud

Luke Smith is CEO & Co-founder of independent digital agency Croud. Having started out his career at News International and The Economist, Luke then turned his hand to agency relationship management at Google, where his belief that the agency model was broken grew. In 2011, alongside Ben Knight, he founded Croud, an agency that would cater to clients' 24/7/365 demands.

Eight years on, Croud works with leading clients such as IWG, Wyndham, Amazon, and Vans across 175 markets, with Luke overseeing the commercial and client services parts of the business. The latest phase of Croud's impressive growth is the launch of Serpico, a solution for in-house digital marketers and the newest Google Marketing Platform Sales Partner.
