Last Wednesday, we hosted the second of our 2015 Club events at London’s May Fair Hotel on the hot industry topic of Leadership.

To share experiences, both personal and professional on what makes great leaders, Oystercatchers Club invited Stephen Miron, Group CEO, Global; Ronan Dunne, CEO, Telefónica UK; Kate Robertson, Global President & UK Group Chairman, Havas Worldwide and Richard Jolly, Adjunct Professor of Organisational Behaviour, London Business School to join Suki Thompson in debate.

While Chatham House rules were observed, the panel agreed on seven striking qualities of leadership: courage, authenticity, energy, humour, clarity of purpose and vision, a passion and belief in people. And above all, the ability to lead from the front and cajole from behind.
