Victoria Fox is CEO of LIDA London, Campaign’s Customer Engagement Agency of the Year two years running. Propelled by the Brann Worldwide graduate programme, Victoria rose through agency ranks at a remarkable pace, being welcomed to the Partners Andrews Aldridge Board as Head of Account Management at just 28. By 30, Victoria had been appointed Managing Director of Touch DDB, DDB’s Activation Agency, and was awarded a coveted place on the Omnicom University Advanced Management and Senior Management Programmes.  DDB selected Victoria to set up the European arm of the US Shopper Marketing Agency TracyLocke, which she managed until joining LIDA as Managing Director at the age of 36 . 12 months later Victoria stepped into the CEO role; the same year LIDA scooped the first of its Agency of the Year accolades.
