Tim is Antidote’s Founder and Creative Partner. Despite having helped create some of the most talked about advertising of the last two decades at the likes of BBH & HHCL, his best creation by far (yes, even better than those First Direct ads, that Levis’ campaign, and maybe even his children) has been Antidote.

One of the original agent provocateurs, Tim recognised the need for an alternative to the big, slow, traditional agency model. With that small ambition in mind, he set about creating a challenger agency for our times – nimble, intelligent, partner minded, and thoroughly in bed with culture. The results speak for themselves; from Change The World For A Fiver, the multi-million selling book to helping the world’s most high profile client (her Maj) turn Royal Ascot into a national treasure, Tim’s big, hairy ambition is very much alive.
