Richard is CEO of Initiative, committed to helping our clients’ brands take the initiative in culture. Previously, Richard has led global client relationships for DIAGEO and Burberry, and been Managing Director and Head of Planning for 2 major UK Media agencies.

During his time in UK roles, Richard was named a Campaign Top 10 Planner for give consecutive years. He is driven by client success and agency growth through strategy and innovation and is passionate about media’s ability to transform clients’ businesses. Richard is a founding partner of , and a member of the IPA Media Futures Group.
