Nigel has helped take Sapient from a startup a decade ago to become the largest digital agency in the UK today, integrating brand communication, digital engagement and omni-channel commerce. This journey has seen him evolve Sapient’s business to be a significant presence on the continent beyond just the largest agency in the UK.
Nigel made his entrance into the digital industry in 1995 at a young age, co-founding a public company that delivered telecoms, consulting and connectivity solutions.
Since joining the agency in 2000, Nigel has held a number of key management positions across North America, Europe and India.
Sapient boasts an array of awards in 2013, culminating in the UK’s only Golden Lion in the Mobile category for RBS ‘Get Cash’. The agency works with some of the biggest brands in the world – including McLaren, Marks and Spencer, Lufthansa, Unilever, Audi, Royal Bank of Scotland and Vodafone.
In 2013, Nigel was inducted into the BIMA ‘Digital Hall of Fame’ and also named Individual of the Year at the DADIs. Nigel is a BIMA ambassador and is an elected member on the IPA Council.
