I am strategic business leader and agent of change with a strong track record in creating and motivating teams to deliver breakthrough success. My focus is helping brands deliver cutting-edge cultural impact to drive growth.
In July 2016, I took on the role of CEO of Grey London. The brief was to sustain the momentum and leading-edge creativity of the business through what could have been a difficult transition. In the following 18 months Grey London has powered-on, winning the M&S business amongst others, before winning UK Christmas 2017 with Paddington.
I am a true integrated thinker having worked in media and marketing for over 20 years across a significant portion of the marketing mix; from sales to PR, from analytics/CRM to advertising, from events to social. I launched two Planning departments from scratch, a social media business and spent 18 years in strategy roles rising to Chief Strategy Officer Grey EMEA.
I believe that an open, diverse culture results in the very best creative thinking. This is why I’ve driven significant development in Grey’s own makeup – particularly at senior level, with the appointment of a 60% female board and why we launched our Valenstein&Fatt diversity initiative for the whole industry in 2017.
I am a regular contributor to the trade and consumer titles, have been on the BBC, Sky and ITN, and appeared before the House of Lords Select Committee on the Creative Industries. I am currently looking for Non-executive directorships.
I grew up in Paris and the UK.
