Gareth is currently the CEO of Leo Burnett London, where he is responsible for leading the agency.

As well as running Leo Burnett London Gareth continues to lead Fallon London as CEO, a role he has held since 2015. During his time at Fallon London Gareth has led the team that won the Expedia, eBookers, SKODA Digital, AXA UK and Deliveroo business.

Prior to joining Fallon Gareth spent nearly 12 years with BBDO. Initially at AMV BBDO where he worked on accounts such as BT, National Lottery and Guinness.

After 5 years with AMV BBDO Gareth moved to Sydney where he rose to the position of Managing Partner at Clemenger BBDO, Sydney and was part of the management team responsible for running the agency, developing the agencies capabilities as well as leading clients including Virgin Australia, Velocity Frequent Flyer, Visa, Campbell’s, Smith’s, and Frucor.

During his time as Managing Partner at Clemenger BBDO, Gareth has many achievements including leading the agency’s two largest new business pitches for Vodafone and Virgin Australia; winning AdNews NSW Agency of the Year 2012; overhauling the creative development processes, creating a more integrated and collaborative approach to strategic and creative development; launching a successful fast turn around unit and growing the agency’s digital capabilities.

But as a lover of the work, his biggest achievement is leading Clemenger to its largest and most significant creative awards haul in recent years with with work being recognised at Cannes, Clios, Adfest, Spikes, London International and New York Festival.

In 2014 Gareth returned to the UK and back to AMV BBDO as Managing Partner leading the Sainsbury’s business.

Out of work Gareth is a proud dad of Penelope and Imogen who he spends his time trying to keep up with.
