This September sees us continue to focus on the theme of transformation in the latest of our Oystercatchers Club evenings.
At this event we look at transformation through the lens of culture and well-being as brands are recognising the intrinsic link between staff engagement and customer experience. Or put another way, happy staff create happy customers.
Our challenge as leaders is to understand how we can create a work environment for personal development including physical and mental wellbeing.
To tackle this challenge, Suki Thompson brings together industry leaders to share their insights and experiences – both good and bad – in transforming their business environments to create powerful new cultures so that their people can thrive, not just survive.
Joining Suki on stage are former COO of Burberry, John Smith; Direct Line Marketing Director, Mark Evans, and, Anomaly’s CEO & Partner, Camilla Harrisson. Our fourth panellist will be announced shortly.
Date: Thursday 14th September 2017
Time: 18:15 to 22:00
Venue: The May Fair Hotel, Stratton Street, London
