THE CHALLENGE

L’Occitane planned to open a new flagship store in one of retail’s most high-profile streets; Regent Street. It would be their biggest store to date and they recognised that  they needed to work with experts to deliver a store concept that not only expressed their brand ambitions, but had the right impact for the location.

WHAT WE DID

Oystercatchers worked closely with the client to develop the brief, and run a concise and effective pitch process in under 6 weeks. We hosted the agency briefing with hard hats in the store building site, and sent agencies to the L’Occitane factory and farms in Provence to experience the brand.

THE IMPACT
