Talking to the evening theme “how do you transform a human company in the age of machines?” – We’ve landed two terrific digital change stories from two terrific agency/client partnerships. Presenting live on the night BA/ Bio and Santander UK/ Carat UK share their digital transformation – both the good bits and the not-so good bits.

Also joining us is baby-Pepper robot, Nao, courtesy of Emotion-Robotics, showcasing how the evolution of social robotics is changing the way companies are engaging, supporting and retaining their customers. Hugely looking forward to welcoming Nao!
