We’re delighted to announce that counsellor, life coach and Master NLP practitioner Anna Williamson be joining our Club debate panel next month as we continue our 2017 theme of transformation – this time through the lens of culture and well-being.

An experienced broadcaster, Anna uses her skills as an agony aunt and psychology expert for Good Morning Britain and This Morning. She is a celebrity ambassador and spokesperson for Mind, Childline and The Princes Trust and speaks on mental health in schools and businesses. Her first book ‘Breaking Mad,’ an anxiety busting guidebook published by Bloomsbury, is currently No.1 on Amazon.co.uk.

Anna believes that employees face stress and pressures both at work and at home, and that strategies to support mental, emotional and physical health are paramount to a happy, functioning, successful business.

Also on stage with Oystercatchers CEO Suki are Direct Line Marketing Director, Mark Evans; former COO of BurberryJohn Smith, and, Anomaly’s CEO & Partner, Camilla Harrisson.

We asked Mark Evans for a quick preview of his insights and he commented: “At Direct Line Group we believe that team well-being is integral to business success. This is why we have a ‘bottom-up’ culture and why every external campaign has an internal campaign alongside it. We believe that when our people know exactly how to ‘show up’ for our customers in service of the brand promise that’s when the magic happens, so investing in the well-being of our team isn’t optional, it’s essential”.
